CRM Implementation and Support- Business Ops-Primary CRM SPOC: Lead implementation of CRM logicsPAN India Access Monitoring: Oversee eployees access flow andrequirements; report issues.CRM Guidance: Provide support for CRM usage to PAN Indiateams.Issue Resolution: Conduct debugging sessions with Tech team forlogic checks and issue resolution.Account Deactivation: Manage MF account closures, data transfer,and clearance upon exit and facilitate CRM role changes forinternal transfers.EF approvals (Off of standard value) and Off-Queue Permissions:Super -Admin for processes, coordinating with Sales team.Data Preparation and Reporting-Placement Drive Data: Prepare weekly data as playbook owner.Roadmap/Masterclass Data: Organize attendee and registrationdata.Orientation Session Management: Handle target data, manageregistration, upload data, and follow-ups with the Sales Head.Incentive Data: Prepare preliminary incentive data for HRMonth-End Closures: Prepare and share month-end data (IVR,CIBIL, Payment Link, Eligibility) with Sales Team.Stats preparation for all above data sets and any AD-hocrequirement from business POV.Collaboration and Coordination-Discrepancies resolution: Resolve registration data discrepancieswith the marketing team. (Placement drive, Orientation Session,Masterclass, Roadmaps - regt)Incentive Conflicts: Address enrollment-related issues with HRTeam for incentive calculation and Referral Verification: Approveand forward verified referral data to HR for incentives.
