-Managing the operations and maintenance of Incinerator Plant of 5.5 MkCal/Hr capacity Plant- Effectively handle day to day operation activities - Ensure shift staff operate various plant equipment effectively. - Meet daily shift production target. -Maintenance planning, shutdown planning, monthly review and updating to Top Management.- Co- ordinate with shift operation, maintenance and lab staff. -Coordinate with the purchase department for material procurement-Coordinate the installation and commissioning activity of Electrical, electronic & instrument work with vendors.-Spare management and Preparation of Breakdown analysis reports.-Ensure implementation of effective safety practices at plant. - Ensure 100% adherence to safety standards & SOP. - Fulfill legal compliance of Pollution control board. - Maintain material safety data sheets (MSDS) . -Run Minimum incineration Plant Operation Hour is 500 in a month.-Maintaining the Thermal PLF , Capacity PLF, Incineration PLF are above 75% - Ensuring smooth operation activity at plant. - Achieve production targets. - Build robust safety culture targeting zero accident, zero incident. - Ensure effective preventive and breakdown maintenance. - Meeting the quality standards as per the defined criteria. - Effective management and optimum utilization of resources. - Develop and implement SOP for all plant activity. - Ensure to fulfill all the compliance ( Pollution control Board,Electricity board & Govt Safety department ) . -Giving the training to engineers on Incinerator Plant operation , Waste handling methods,etc
