“Excellence is to do a common thing in an uncommon way."From my initial days at Satia Synthetics Ltd. in 2009, I have been meticulously crafting a career in the textile industry with a keen eye for innovation and a commitment to operational excellence. Today, as Business Head, I leverage my extensive industry knowledge to propel our family business forward, continually seeking new ways to innovate and improve.In 2011, I expanded my horizons by joining T.C. Terrytex, initially in the Yarn Dyeing division. My role has since evolved, and I now lead the team, strategically managing all company purchases. This experience has allowed me to blend technical expertise with a strategic approach, keeping us ahead in an ever-evolving market.My academic background, including an engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering and a Master’s in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, has shaped my analytical and systemic approach to solving complex business challenges. Outside of work, I unwind by exploring new cultures, indulging in delicious food, and staying active with cricket. I have recently taken up yoga, contributing to my physical fitness and helping me maintain a balanced lifestyle. My leisure time is often spent enjoying books and movies which provide both entertainment and a peaceful retreat from the daily grind.
