• Excellent understanding and attention to detail through processing orders and shipments;• Manage projects for major retail clients such as BIG W, Myer, Target and other multiple vendors end to end on all shipping;• Using the Leadtec ABS software, which is a EDI system, to manage, scan, and ensure all orders are satisfied and delivered on a timely basis;• Liaise closely with supervisors and co-workers to maintain and build close relationships internally and make sure that orders are fulfilled and dispatched in the correct manner;• Ensure accurate stock movement to keep the internal team up to date of the current stock on hand;• Work on tight deadlines using effective time management and communication with both the warehouse and the customers;• Utilize problem solving skills to solve any issues regarding incoming goods to avoid any further delay shipment of orders and quality assurance is maintained;• Assist the warehouse manager with bookings and produce correct documentation to ship orders out accurately;• Prepare a delivery schedule to keep the warehouse manager on track and ensure the warehouse staff are on track with delivery dates;• Manage the warehouse duties by allocating the orders to the warehouse staff and taking care that orders are processed perfectly. This is achieved through effective teamwork and communication among the warehouse staff.
