I am a seasoned professional with a strong background in social entrepreneurship, project management, and sustainable development. With a Master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's in Geography from the University of Delhi, I have honed my skills in leading and managing impactful projects, particularly those focused on community outreach, livelihoods, and capacity building.Currently,I lead the Projects, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups, to ensure successful project implementation. My role involves comprehensive data analysis, project budgeting, and developing grant proposals, which has further sharpened my expertise in strategic planning and resource mobilization.Previously, I founded and managed Go-West, a company where I developed and implemented procurement and manufacturing processes, established partnerships, and managed a team of over 80 individuals. My entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives significantly contributed to optimizing operations and achieving business success.My experience also includes a role as a Business Development Executive at BASIX, where I engaged with government agencies and NGOs to develop entrepreneurs and achieve sales targets across multiple states.I am passionate about sustainable development and have actively participated in various projects and research initiatives, including rainwater harvesting, environmental degradation studies, and entrepreneurship opportunities for women.
