Lead a team of risk professionals as a Review Lead within the EMEA region as they carry out all phases of control evaluation Monitoring and testing.Work as an individual Contributor and perform monitoring and testing activities including issue validations.To Understand end to end processes utilized by the business teams to evaluate risk, test controls, and prepare for examinations conducted by external parties (FCA, PRA, CSSF, ACPR, BaFin, DFSA) etc.To create, prepare and deliver test scope, test plans, test scripts and test signoffs, while adhering to corporate test standards.Partnering with business testing teams to ensure test scripts accurately reflect business processes. Implement proper test coverage to identify the gaps in technology solution to meet the compliance requirements.Build upon the monitoring and testing program covering key risks and regulatory requirements, with support of regional specialistConduct monitoring and testing reviews across key compliance risks within EMEA Independently perform evaluation of assigned Controls.Review procedures/processes/information to evaluate Controls.Perform side-by-side observations, supervisory examination or retesting as necessary.Calibrate a control for its effectiveness as per the test scripts and standards.Utilise resources in other locations to perform reviews by delegation with effective supervisionPresent review results and offer assurance to coverage compliance, management and local governance committees.Identify issues impacting risks under review, presenting sustainable and commercial control improvements to mitigate risks Prepare and check testing results for review by Management prior to sharing with relevant business partner and take lead in discussions to clearly articulate issues and risks identified Deliver reviews within assigned budget, time, and meeting quality expectations.
