Following up with clients for pending documents if any and upload the same to KRA and CKYC for approval.• Handling entry and execution of day to day other types of instructionsDIS, pledge and • Download of speed-e instructions and upload to NSDL system.Scanning of DIS and other instruction andupload to NSDL system Tracking of GAPreports to ensure compliance of scanning deadlines.• Responding to client queries over phone and emails promptly.• Updation of backoffice software on daily basis.• Generation of Client bills and sending the periodic bills on email.• Working on neuron for the registration of clients.• Download of speed-e instructions and upload to NSDL system.• Scanning of DIS and other instruction and upload to NSDL system Tracking of GAP reports to ensure compliance of scanning deadlines.• Responding to client queries over phone and emails promptly.Updation of backoffice software on daily basis..
