I am working on a collaborative project with AIIMS where we need to apply AI over thyroidultrasound images. AI is used to segment out the thyroid region from the ultrasound images ofneck. After that, AI is used to find nodules in the thyroid region. After that, AI is used to classifywhether the nodule is cancerous. I am also working on another collaborative project with AIIMSwhere whole slide images from cancer patients needs to be classified among the 6 different classesof cancer. I have applied transformers, a deep learning technique, and increased our indegeniousperformance to classify the images. I have also applied transformers and my custom CNN onmicrospic images to classify whether they correspond to a malaria patient or a normal patient.

I worked on whole genome resequencing data of lentil. The goal was to design chip for functionalvariants and relate the variants with various phenotypic traits such as seed size, flowering etc. Ihave performed QC, alignment and variant call of the data. I have also written various codes toperform custom integration of SNP calls from 96 samples. I also worked to perform data qualitycheck, data integrity, alignment and verifying the correctness of data generated for chickpea genomeresequencing through NovaSeq6000. I was also involved in HPC facility being setup at NationalGenomics and Genotyping Facility.

Automated translation from one language to another is a challenging task when it comes to thetranslation of idioms. Also, the translation may be done based on a preferred style. My role was touse the latest NLP techniques for such tasks.

Roughly 0.004\% of the human genome comprises of known precursor miRNA. Our model built during PhD reduces the search space for biologists to search for precursor miRNA in human genome. We are further improving the model to reduce search space while still predicting novel precursor miRNA.

I have also worked for food molecules that may prevent Cancer and other diseases. I have also tried to relate the pathway analysis with the drug target binding.
