 Month Close activities in line with Budget and Best Estimates for 2 verticals.  Sales, BSM and CM – Tracking Sales and BSM at daily trend in accordance to plan. Preparation of CM at the FSN/SKU level on a weekly basis for Lifestyle and BGM portfolios.  AOP and Monthly Plan – Preparation of Monthly and Yearly projections till CM in accordance with Sale and BAU business planning in consultation with categories according to traffic.  Inventory Management / SMNM – Providing various analysis of Inventory and steps to curb SMNM along with Returns Planner to optimize Inventory Health. Monthly P&L – Reconciling the monthly P&L (all line items) and preparation of walk from Plan to Actual along with presentation to the CFO for the deviations.  Vendor Onboarding – Approving Vendors for onboarding by estimating the viability of CM projections. Approval for PO’s based on margin structure.  Category Management – Resolving and reconciling the issues of Categories and Brands occurring in the regular business.  Projects – Automation of BSM and CM, Inventory Management, PO approval system.

 Controlling - Pricing Trend with average cost trend along with GM variance, PVMC Analysis. Reporting & MIS – Update of Database, Orders & Revenue – Internal & Corporate (Daily), Daily Monitor and monthly dashboards. Audit & Compliance – Periodic ARP for both legal & commercial activities, audit related activities regarding Domestic Sales & COGs.  Project Tracking – End to end project tracking of Major 1PH deals with concerned stakeholders, Cash Flow for Projects. Month End Activities – Extraction of Reports along with classification and fine tuning, Reconciliation with Region report, Orders Consolidation at SKU Level (Entity, Division, Battery etc.)
