Title Due Diligence of Property, Post Disbursement Compliances, Vendor Management, Audits, Scrutiny of Title Search Reports, Regular Implementation and Updation of Legal Policies, OTD Management.Roles & responsibility: - To conduct legal appraisal for Hinduja Group(HHF & HLF) affordable segment & Higher ticket size(1 Cr+) on multiple collateral property. Handling Chittorgarh ,Banswara,Churu & Kota Cluster for Hinduja housing finance. Handling vendor management & vetted their report with proper due diligence as per Hinduja Group policy & process. Conduct legal audit for vendor visited cases for maintain healthy portfolio. Conduct legal training with sales officer in regular interval about new updated legal process & circulate data for sourcing new location where we can approach for get more business volume. To conduct legal appraisal of the property as per the Hinduja norms and policies. To assess fair legal value of the property in comparison to documented value of property for sanctioning appropriate loan amount by examining / reviewing the pre-sanction report detailing the valuation of the property. To minimize risk by examining the property with a view to understand the socio-economic concerns surrounding the property and highlight to management, if any To assist the sales team in achieving the TCPM business target by recommending appropriate action. To minimize risk for projects under advance processing scheme by examining if all thedocuments (Legal related) are available. To maintain the quality of portfolio by conducting portfolio assessment, including providinglocation specific norms to mitigate potential risks. Maintain TAT of all fresh logins files to deliver smooth & fast decision.
