An early member of Workplace Intelligence, a group formed by Microsoft’s acquisition of Volometrix. Leveraged data accumulated as a byproduct of Microsoft products usage to generate workforce productivity indices and uncovered causal links between firm performance and collaboration behaviors to demonstrate the ROI of Microsoft products. Published a patent and paper on measuring enterprise productivity.
