I have made an impressive journey in the hospitality industry at Grand Hyatt Goa, starting as a fresh associate in April 2022. Over six months, i have honed my skills, taken on increasing responsibilities, and demonstrated leadership by relieving my team leader. My passion for bar operations led me to dive deep into beverage knowledge and single-handedly manage the bar within half a year of joining. My ability to handle inventory, upsell to guests, manage billing,guest handling, leading a team, team management,and i support my supervisors showcased my dedication and competence. In January 2024, my hard work paid off with a well-deserved promotion to bartender. Now, i am bringing my expertise to the Pool Bar And Grill in Grand Hyatt Goa, specializing in Asian cuisine, serving up exceptional experiences to guests in a vibrant setting.In September 2024 i got a promotion to team leader-outlet. my journey exemplifies dedication, skill development, and a passion for excellence in hospitality.
