My inspiration lies in my childhood from my mother who taught me two regional cuisines of India. I feel the world moves faster inside a kitchen. A chef is a complete package. All these understanding about the profession always keeps me motivated and inspired about it. My goal at first is to work under the best chefs in the world, understanding cuisines and cultures. My final goal is to open my own restaurant by refining the knowledge and understanding gained to produce food which brings joy to people, revokes memories and helps them understand the fineness of ingredients and have a good time.I am on a student visa till December and looking open to opportunities.
