As the CEO, I led Ideafoster to a 50% growth in revenue and a 4x increase in profits year-over-year in my first full year as CEO (2021). Something that I am personally most proud of is that we have a client retention rate of 92% - where any client who worked with us once, they return for future work 92% of the time.

• Instrumental in delivering 60% growth in annual revenue, year-over-year during 2017-18• As a leading partner, played a key role in driving Ideafoster's acquisition by Canvia, an Advent International portfolio company in 2018• Key activities include developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities across Europe and North American markets, and devising new strategies for growth and diversifying business value being delivered.

• Key activities included leading projects with top Fortune 500 companies in CPG & Automotive industries, and leading transformation of ideas to complete business solns. using Ideafoster's prototype & dev. ecosystem.• Conducted multiple agile training, design thinking and focused ideation activities for corporate innovation and digital transformation, across Pharmaceutical, CPG, Luxury, and many other industries.

• Interned with JENO, a privately held investment group that develops real-estate property in the Dominican Republic. The company is developing a new mixed-use project with residential, commercial, hotel/resort, and retail areas in one of the most popular vacation regions in the world with the second largest economy in the Caribbean.• Collaborated directly with the CEO in developing the strategy and business plan for series -B funding.• Developed the technology strategy to have smart homes for unique brand positioning.

• Entered the 4-person organization when its product was in the Beta release phase. Owned and led the Business Development team, where I was responsible for launching the growth and the long-term value creation of the product.• In charge of content and digital marketing where I successfully launched numerous campaigns that insure a 15% week-to-week growth in the customer base. Sharing Academy now has more than 1500 users and over 1100 classes published across the platform.• Developed a sustainable business model and analyzed the competition and the industry to come up with a unique value proposition for the organization. Did financial modelling based on the Business and Revenue Model.

Through ESADE’s Action Learning Consultancy Program, worked on developing a new business model for GAES. Used design-thinking process to come up with innovative ideas for increasing the current customer base and generating a new revenue stream.

• Was part of the Research and Development team of Avaya Aura® Communication Manager(CM). CM is one of most sought after product in Avaya's Unified Communication Domain. Working on CM, a product with rich legacy history, required me to understand telecommunication and enterprise telephony from the bare basics. Development effort in SIP solution for CM in enterprise telephony has helped me understand advanced call flows and features.• Managed complete end-to-end processing of the LDAP client solution provided in the Unified Communication BU. Apart from showcasing my technical ability, this project required me to lead and manage other supporting teams, such as Customer escalation, Deployment, and Sales. I also had to exhibit my communication skills as I was involved in troubleshooting high-end customer escalations.• Part of the team that developed the automation framework that runs test suites to replicate call-flow scenarios and has helped finding issues at a very early stage, which has consequently helped in the significant improvement of delivery time and product quality

• Developed, designed, and maintained in-house tools that work on CVS. Created a tool that is used by more than 250 employees on a regular basis and has accelerated the overall code inspection and delivery process of Avaya Aura® Communication Manager(CM)• Part of the internal solutions team that worked on delivery and code-inspection process improvement. This team worked with the management to improve the code quality and delivery time. This required me to provide out-of-box solutions to solve existing issues.• Maintained and delivered Trace Analyzer. It is a parser that converts hexadecimal traces to human-readable format. It converts external protocols (SIP, IP, ISDN-PRI/BRI, ASAI, X.25, CMS, CDR, PMS) as well internal proprietary protocols.

• Worked on the transportation and logistics management solutions provided by JDA.• Developed and maintained the automation framework for JDA Transportation Manager, which manages high-volume and sophisticated transportation networks.• Used the Oracle database and the Oracle SQL server to solve data-dump related issues that are used by JDA Transportation Manager.

• Established the first luxury home and office furniture showroom in the city. Started with a franchise of Usha-Lexus furniture and later, developed our own brand. Developed a clientele of over 1300 customers spread across multiple cities.• Handled the outbound marketing & advertising strategy. Headed the strategy team through this business transition, which focused mainly on brand-development and customer retention. WoodCraft is now one of the most well-known brands in the city.
