My responsibilities at the current role include:1. Training and Development• Design, roll-out, and implement learning & development strategy for the Group• Prepare the annual training calendar and budget, in mutual consultation with Business HRs.• Identify training programs required based on training needs identified including training faculty, content, duration, location and logistics• Generate cost savings through effective negotiations with external trainers/ faculty • Prepare the annual training calendar in line with the identified training needs and circulate the same to all employees across locations and ensure effective implementation of all training programs as per the finalized calendar• Work with business/function Heads and line managers to minimize absence from trainings; Ensure communication of quarterly and monthly training calendar in advance to drive employee participation• Review training feedback for all programs; conduct action planning including decisions on continuity of faculty, modifications in training content, delivery style, etc.• Prepare reports detailing training and development related updates and share the same with head-HR & Admin for review• Conduct workshops/training programs internally for line managers and employees.2. Worked with the Maharashtra/Gujarat sales team on the project " OD Interventions in Frontline Sales".There were two initiatives taken in the project.1.Creation of Individual Development Action Plans for sales executivesIt involved training needs analysis and identification of strengths and developments areas based on which an individual action plan for every employee was developed.2.Responsibility charting for sales executives and identifying roles, accountabilities and measuresThrough unstructured interviews with managers and shadowing sales executives in the market, the project involved identification of all activities carried out by a sales executive and identifying the individual and shared responsibilities using responsibility charting.

My job responsibilities included product merchandising for Kidswear category, costing, raw material sourcing, FG outsourcing, vendor management and ensuring timely in-store delivery of stock

My project involved "Restructuring of supply chain from push to pull strategy". A new replenishment model for non-seasonal apparels was created in order to reduce the inventory levels at the warehouse and quick adaptability to the changing market demands.
