I am responsible for all the business activities of the practice including hiring support staff; monitoring key performance indicators and setting fees; maintaining inventory; managing the hospital software; maintaining records; basic bookkeeping; creating content for client education and the clinic's social media accounts.Additionally, I ensure that the practice provides caring and professional service to our clients and their animals. I am also a freelance proofreader and blogger. My primary areas of experience are pets, pet care, recipe development, health, wellness and office administration. But I am fast learner and adept at research. I can write knowledgeable about most topics.I have a diverse work portfolio, having worked at a management consultancy, a garment manufacturing and retailing firm, an educational institute, an air hostess training academy and a veterinary surgery over a span of 15 years.
