As a Test Analyst, I specialize in delivering robust, reliable, and user-centric software solutions utilizing Salesforce and manual testing techniques. My responsibilities include analyzing requirements, preparing requirement traceability matrices (RTM), designing test scenarios and test cases, executing test cycles, reporting and tracking defects, and supporting both UAT and production stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), along with preparing root cause analyses (RCA).With six years of experience in quality assurance at Accenture and TEKsystems (client: Adobe), I have contributed to a variety of projects. I hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University.
