I Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency & smooth flow of information within the company. Managing schedules and deadlines, purchase new material as & when needed by the company.Identifying process bottlenecks & offering solutions for improvement & make process which reduces the overall time taken to complete a task.assisting company in project expansion and setting up system for new branches.
