I research human-centered language modeling and language analysis of sensitive subject pools. My research focuses on understanding the dialogue and development of care and interventions for sensitive human subjects. I also research in understanding generative language modeling and its bottlenecks. I am interested in style control, comprehension, linguistic differences, and biases of modern large language models.I have also worked in scalable AI in low-resource, multilingual, and protected settings. Over 8 years of academic research experience in NLP technologies.Currently at the National Institutes of Health and the University of Pennsylvania.
