I assist clients in exploring the bests for their supply chain. My objective remains to understand their supply chain as is, assess their pitfalls and consult the right fix for them.Along the journey, I have now supported a BlueYonder - Supply Planning APS for a European client. Also worked on a project to come up with an Allocation Planning concept for a client dealing with a complex network structure for a long time.I am excited to learn more of o9 and take myself to a new project.

In the capacity of this role, I worked on Automation & Digitalization projects in the internal supply chain of the engine plants. I led a project on redesigning the material flow from warehouse to assembly introducing automation through Kitting Concepts and implementing Mobile Supply Chain Applications. The project was a big success in its pilot and was rolled out for other assembly lines too. This project helped me learn the DMAIC methodology of six sigma in great depth.Few more projects in similar direction were accomplished under my supervision, was recognized and rewarded in multiple forums.I also have experience in Customer Order Management, I was responsible to handle 3 Customer GOEMs for the domestic market of Gensets ranging from 380KVA to 2400KVA.

Being new to this role, I tried learning the most possible ways of running operations for an engine and genset manufacturing plant. I was incharge of OTD performances of warehouse material flow and accountable for any shortages and adversities of inaccurate inventories or theft. It was a primary role to plan a shift for 100 resources to help with the warehouse activities, keep a check of safety regulations and report all minor, major, missed operational accidents.
