My main KPI was to organize and participate in collaborative events with governing bodies like the Economist, British Business Group, British Council General, Dubai Businesswomen Council (DBWC), and the EMIR group across the MENA region to engage influential leaders and generated new business opportunities. Host career advancement platform sessions and invite industry leaders like BIG 4, Dell, Biolitec FZ, Danunbe; to conduct workshops and panel sessions to guide students and alumni on the industry standards and tips to upgrade skills. My media partnerships with offices like ITP and Bloomberg enabled me to perform PR releases and digital campaigns in UAE and KSA. I also created media spend plans to allocate marketing budgets across performance and branding campaigns, talent partnership associations, refer-a-friend rewards, vendor associations, print media and collaterals, events, and sponsorships, maintaining a monthly spend report to track quarterly ROI. I did liaised with strategic talent partners across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Qatar for periodic alumni engagement activities to support networking. Allocate the annual budget on across Lead generation, Brand management, and Business Development activities. Review and approve the monthly content calendar for social media handles and audit them on a weekly basis via reports.
