I am an avid admirer of art, a designer thinker and marketing strategist. So far I’ve worked with 40+ companies across several industries over the last 9 years, across industries with independent clients, startups and established organisations. Here I worked closely with them in creating smart marketing campaigns aided with design thinking and brand strategy approaches to create long-term results.Currently, I co-lead Let’s Enterprise- we run business grooming programs for students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and sharpen their business acumen. In 2023 we launched India’s first BBA Working degree : UG-M.E.D, in Pune and Goa.College-age students in India are confused (re career aspirations), with the absence of practical exposure they lack self-awareness and hence often are not life/ work ready (soft skills, emotional intelligence, ability to express thoughts & share about their work in writing/speech, ready to grab opportunities). The established practices of 1) just measuring academic progress, 2) the education system’s low focus on self-awareness, 3) students not utilising their time meaningfully beyond the 3-5 hours of college, and 4) scarcity mindset among parents and students; feed into the problem.In order to make them work/life ready we equip our student partners with 21st century skills by giving them the exposure to work on real life business projects to solve strategic business problems during the course of our undergrad program.The consulting projects are at the heart of the program, I lead a team of business consultants to facilitate the project outcomes for the clients and learning objectives for the students. As a mentor to the students and a strategic thinking partner to the clients, I direct and oversee these projects with strategic frameworks that can be applied towards solving the problem, and thus equipping the student partners with entrepreneurial skills and the clients with consulting support and fresh perspectives.
