Hi, I’m Ankita, an online business & branding expert, currently co-founder & Creative Director of OGEN Infosystem Pvt Ltd.This exciting journey started in my College 2nd year as "NASA Digits" in 2010. I, along with another classmate (Now Husband), built our own website for the upcoming biggest Ethical Hacking Workshop. We invited the top Ethical hacking expert and the workshop was super hit and we did another few workshops at various colleges' tech fest including IIT Roorkee. But after a few hits, we had to close this due to the name "NASA" in it and we were left with no much funds/profit.However, failures didn’t stop us from experimenting and trying new things.So, in the third year of engineering in 2011, we started "OGEN Infosystem", where we offered website designing service (which we learnt during building our own website - No course or training was done). Soon we got our 1st client from the college Itself.It was tough to get high-tickets projects, as everyone sees us as a college student for fun & pocket money. After college ended, we opened an office with 8 employees in Dehradun and started work to fulfil our dreams. But in less than a year we had the crunch of funds and unfortunately, we had to shut down the office and sell all the assets and then I went ahead to pursue MBA in International Business Management.After completing my MBA and getting a Pre-Placement Offer (from the company I worked as an intern) I opted to work there. After a year, I switched to Teabox to get more experience, there I closely worked in the digital marketing area and with the core team for fundraising (Series A Funding). It helped a lot to understand the real business with numbers.I came back to Noida, worked on our strategy and business plan for adding Digital Marketing & Branding as one of our core services and were successful in finding investors (around 30,000 USD). So, we started as a fresh with a new office with 20 employees and focusing on our goals of growth. We were flying high with 1stGoogle Ranking in Website Designing Company and SEO Services Provider. We worked with a few top clients like IIT Delhi, Thapar University, IIT Roorkee, Shivalik College of Engineering, Ministry of Defence, Airforce & Defence Group, Somani Group, Mutualfund wala, some international corporations and many more.SiliconIndia Magazine, Insight Sucess, Bisonesswire India, Abhitak News and other reputed online publications & Media have featured me in their articles and other resources.
