• Implement systems and conduct checks to ensure that good food and personal hygiene practices are carried.• Developing the ability to repeat processes to ensure consistency and safety• Participating in the auditing process at appropriate times and prepare detailed reports on audit findings.• Risk Assessments from various bacteria of food, water etc.• Identify lapses in the processes and take prompt corrective actions• Designing, developing and delivering training programs for clients.

Physico-chemical laboratory:• Physic- chemical testing Product verification from raw material to fished goods as per parameter.• Perform sensory of every finished goods.• Create COA of finished goods.• Create batch number of incoming raw material.• Maintain master sample up to their shelf life.• Documentation and record maintenance.• Assist senior quality executive in maintaining documents.• Assist senior quality executive in resolving the hold sample.• To check GMP, GHP and label monitoring on daily basis.• Inspection of production line and ensure product quality.• Provide training to the workers including GMP,GHP, product safety, avoid allergen contamination, awareness of COVID-19.• Preparation and implementation of in- house specification.• Assist in clearing the audit if ISO 22000.Microbiology laboratory:• Perform microbial testing, namely, total plate count, yeast and mold, coliform, salmonella, etc.• Perform hand swabbing , air count and machine swabbing.• Well knowledge about microbiological lab equipment.
