• Sourcing of candidates through different - different portals like Naukri / APNA / LinkedIn / Indeed / IIM JOBS / LD• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephonic interviews and video interviews with prospective applicants• Handling and following up on further rounds of interview• Strategizing and streamlining the process to reduce attrition through buddy calls.• Onboarding and joining formalities of the candidates • Initiation of offer processing • Offer Release Supervision •Followup with the candidate • Background verification check list of the candidates.• Given training to new joinee to explain the entire process.
