Act as the single point of contact for NAM business counterparts and coordinate with global teams / local vendors to resolve application issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.• Contribute to the end-to-end financial process by providing regular forecasts and reports.

Conceptualization, definition and development, on time project execution, RoI measurement, analytics and reporting are my key areas of responsibility1. Wooqer: Collaboration and communication with retail stores pan-India to drive VM, Training and Ops processes using a mobile application. Personally rolled out the platform in 500 stores.
