• Led the rebranding from Red Roof Inn & Suites to SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western. Handled all aspects of Project Management for the rebranding including the completion of the PIP (Property Improvement Plan) mandated by Best Western which included a full renovation of the 3-story, 50,000 Sq Ft,100 Room, Interior-Corridor, Mid-Scale Hotel.• In addition to the continuation of the daily operations management role, I earned the trust of our executive ownership group to take on the lead role of Project Manager in place of outsourcing the project to a third-party team which would include a General contractor, Coordinator, Designer, and procurement manager. Through aggressive Procurement strategies and negotiations with sub-contractors and suppliers, the project was completed for $175,000 which resulted in a savings of at least $275,000 for the company. • The Hotel was awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2019 which is only given to hotels with the highest-ranked traveler reviews in the world in a given calendar year. TripAdvisor is the world’s largest travel website.• Commanded all negotiations and communication with the Buyer, Broker, Attorney, Title Company, and Lender during the disposition of the hotel.

• Took over management of a hotel nearing bankruptcy that was in the bottom 5% of all Red Roof Inns, globally ranked at 497, and pivoted our overall management strategy across all departments to focus on the end-guest experience. Within the first full year of management, the hotel was placed in the top 10% of all Red Roof Inns globally by guest satisfaction scores.• Increased our TripAdvisor Rank from 30/32 hotels and a 2.5/5.0 rating to being ranked 16/35 hotels and a 4.0/5.0 stars rating, quantifiably showcasing the overall increase in guest satisfaction on a third-party booking/travel website and proving the success of the updated strategy. The hotel had reached profitability and achieved passing annual LRA-Deloitte inspection scores for the first time in the past 5 years.• Implemented major change management strategies to our Sales, Revenue Management, and Hotel Supply Chain Logistics which led to an increase in 2017 Top-Line Revenue (TLR) when compared to 2016 TLR by 62.5%, EBITDA margins by 50%. • Restructured and led training for immediate guest-facing departments and roles (20 total staff) including Assistant General Manager, Front Desk Staff, and Housekeeping based on our guest-focused strategy.
