Working as a Lead Engineer in Holidays LOB, I have been working on Holidays packages section of Makemytrip. I have been working majorly on Frontend in React, javascript and redux. Features: Search By Image: Providing user an ability to search his destination by uploading any image on portal. In Backend I have created an API in Python and Java that uploads the image and integrates with Open AI that reads the images and responds with place in provided format through prompt.

Single Page Application: Developed B2B Customer Facing portal “Airtel Thanks for Business” from scratch to a full-fledged Web Application in Micro-frontend Architecture using Module Federation in Webpack.Optimizations, Lighthouse Score improvements – Added Font optimization using Font observer, onboarded bundle compression in NGINX. optimized images, icons and CSS using multiple HTML attributes, properties.using Module federation, reduced the network traffic of API calls up to 60-70%. Used lazy loading created Environment Loader for better FCP Light house score.RBAC & Access approval: Roll based Access control gives controlled access over application for different user personas. Access approval over it gives the user ability to request for a feature. Created custom hook, HOC and access approval feature as a service that can be embedded onto other feature without any dependency.Utilization Journey: created multiple graphs using Chart.js library and added multiple features like Zoom in and out, Panning and Downloading the entire graph view as a PDF.Orders: I created an Order module which is generic implementation to incorporate multiple create order journeys. I also created a Track my order section which is integrated with a BFF layer in Spring boot and Java which helps in making Frontend controllable by Backend.Service Requests: I created a Service requests Module which included a list and detailed view of Service requests, Proactive Assurance flow.I also created Step interaction Framework which provides the user a Chat based experience in which user interacts with system and get responded with relevant results / status / action.Error / Analytics monitoring tools integration – Integrated Analytics capturing tools like gtag, Moengage, Click stream for capturing user actions / behaviors to enhance application functionalities. Integrated Sentry as Error monitoring and Capturing tool for better application performance and reducing bugs.

Project: Web based Collection CRM ApplicationClient: ICICI & AXIS BankDeveloped in: React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, OracleModules I have worked on:Agent Evaluation System: In this module, I developed a portal to upload daily payment file in web application. The Evaluation unit of each agent is generated against the disposition made by Agent through the application and payment made by the customer as per the Business logic. The processing of data and evaluation is generated at Db end by generating kept by procedure and table handling. Agent Evaluation Report can also be downloaded in excel format.Preferred Time & Exclusion: In this module, I developed a portal with a form to enter the preferred time of contact and exclusion details as per customer feedback. The exclusion details are used to exclude the customer contact number presence in callable list at DB end. Preferred time list and exclusion list can also be downloaded in excel format.Delinquency Module: In this module I added a part in application for agent to save delinquency reasons and related details of customer. The module required a dynamic form to be opened against a selected dropdown value and respective parameters of each field are retrieved from DB. This also includes a report that can be downloaded in excel format.Disposition module: In this module I developed multiple disposition screens each screen contains different fields and related details to be entered by Agent. Each screen parameter details are stored in DB and dynamically fetched to Front end. The disposition data is saved in multiple table for customer payment history, personal details, contact details manipulation. Disposition dump can also be downloaded from the Reporting portal in Excel format.
