Project- Network Planning and Optimization of Bharti, India Mobile Network.•Engaging with respective vendor Solution Architects for planning and rolling out new features related with telephony cloud applications in the live network.•Engaging with upper management for reviews on Hot Issues, planning actions on agreed undertakings, and sharing regular updates with upline.•Inducting new nodes in the live network from the vendor roll out teams by negotiating on the standard handover checklist and ensuring that all required test cases show positive outcomes.•Engaging with upper management for reviews on Hot Issues, planning actions on agreed undertakings, and sharing regular updates with upline.• Leading the monthly performance review meetings with the customer for discussions on network downtimes, future network optimization plans, network and capacity issues or other ad hoc requirements.• Engaging with other vendors of customer network for interoperability issues and joint troubleshooting sessions during service degradation or scenario-based complaints from end users.• Forecasting Cloud infra capacity requirements for hosting telecom servers based on the current and projected network traffic and shar-ing them with customers for procurement purposes.• Maintaining infra redundancy plan in case if a complete Application, Cloud or Site outage occurs.

Project- Planning and Optimization of Du Operator Core Network • Planning configuration and preparing Databases for new systems to be deployed in the CS network.• Engaging with peer network roll-out teams for deployment of new ap-plication servers into the existing network and troubleshooting for problematic test cases until acceptance testing is complete.• Interfacing with customer design teams to understand the new net-work requirements and planning the required changes on the network level.• Monitoring the network statistics and KPIs of IMS (IP Multimedia Sub-systems) nodes to analyze the impact of our maintenance window planned changes over the overall network performance.• Interworking with Level2 and Level3 care support teams for mitiga-tion and root cause analysis of escalated network issues.• Administering the network post application operating system up-grades, and if required, engaging with customer and upgrade teams for any network anomaly.

Core Network• Performed software upgrades of Core Telecom Nodes like Mobile Switching Centre, Multimedia Gateway etc. to the latest availble software releases.• Gave necessary suggestions to the circle region teams w.r.t to links, routes and other important network configurations for the betterment of the network.• Interfacing with customer design teams to understand the new network requirements and planning the required changes on the network level.
