Created 3D CAD model using CAD tool Solid Works for fabrication and manufactured using additive manufacturing technique.• Performed Reactive experiments Inverse Diffusion Porous medium burner with variation of geometrical and flow parameter for unstructured porous medium as well as structured porous medium using methane and mixture of methane hydrogen as fuel to determine optimum thermal and emission characteristics.

A new concept of reverse fuel injection system is designed, 3D model is modelled using CAD tool Gambit and CFD analysis of Upward Swirl CAN type gas turbine combustor is carried out using commercial CFD code Ansys Fluent for reactive condition.The turbulent flow field is predicted using Large Eddy Simulation (LES) model and Radiation heat loss is determined using DO radiation model during numerical investigation.The prototype of Upward Swirl CAN type gas turbine combustor with various configuration reverse fuel injection system is developed and tested.Performance parameters such as centreline exit temperature profile, Thermal imaging of casing of combustor and emission levels are measured to determine optimum thermal and Emission performance of combustor during experimental investigation.

Analysis Exhaust gas of upward swirl and backward swirl combustor with the help of five gas analyser is done. Flow physics inside backward swirl combustor is studied using commercially CFD code ANSYS FLUENT numerically under both isothermal and reactive conditions.
