-Develop and implement cold chain logistics strategies and standard operating procedures to ensure the safe and efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products-Manage relationships with carriers, warehouses, and other logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining the cold chain integrity-Conduct regular audits of the cold chain logistics processes and implement corrective actions to reduce risks and improve efficiency-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations for cold chain logistics-Lead a team of logistics professionals and develop their skills through training, coaching, and performance management-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cold chain logistics-Participate in the development of business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the cold chain logistics function-Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, quality, and regulatory affairs-Manage the transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products, including pharmaceuticals, perishable goods, and chemicals.
