Review, reconcile and enter timesheet corrections for each pay period.Review payroll to ensure accuracy. Adjust errors and respond to payroll related questions or issues in a timely manner.Process prevailing wage calculations and gerate certified payroll reports.Enter new hire and termination data into the system.Follow up with supervisors for Time and Attendance approvals.Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.Assist in troubleshooting questions regarding all aspects of payroll items.Maintain employee time-off records (vacation, sick, leaves of absence, etc.).Process payroll and submit payroll reports as needed.Provide customer service to employees and managers.Work closely with Human Resources and management personnel to resolve issues and roll-out new programs and policies.
