Ankith has completed his bachelor of Hotel Management in Jun 2019 from Srinivas College of Hotel Management. During the course, he had the opportunity to do a 4-month internship at Hard Rock Hotel Goa from Dec 2017 to Mar 2018. During the internship, he worked for Food and Beverages services and production department. He also played a major role in the banquet kitchen (appetizer section) during the internship. He also worked in Zagros Kitchen located in Mangalore, as part-time from Aug 2018 to Sep 2018. This small venture helped him to refine his kitchen skills. He also utilized his leisure in ODC (out-door catering) which aided his knowledge to manage the basic etiquette of customer services.He specializes in Plating, Chopping, preparing Chinese and Continental Cuisine.
