Initially, started as an MIS analyst with a startup "Tapzo" where I was responsible for user campaigns, people analytics, and to study the application's user behavior for making data driven business decisions. Then moved on to explore the HR domain to work on projects such as Acquisitions, MADJVs & Organizational Re-orgs with Cargill Business Services. Currently working at Bosch Global Software Technologies as Process Lead for an HR IT application that analyses labor market trends on jobs, roles, skills and more.
