Analytics, Operations & Governance for Splash retail business in Landmark Group

Responsibilities:1. Formulating the inorganic growth strategy and managing overall M&A pipeline for TechM BPS through cross-functional communication with SME’s and external research2. Leading E2E lifecycle from initial evaluation, business case, modelling, due diligence, and integration3. Providing post-acquisition integration support for Eventus and Activus and driving governance across various functions such as GTM, Finance, HR, and Delivery Teams4. Developing complex financial models that incorporate key financial drivers, assumptions, and scenarios to support strategic and valuation decisions Key Achievements:1. Achieved X (<2%) rating in FY22 for contribution of $130M incremental revenue for leading acquisition of Activus, Eventus and Perigord2. Managed DD for 5 deals, created 3 board presentations, developed 40+ business cases, evaluated 110+ assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams3. Created synergy plans for all acquisitions to deliver $200M+ incremental revenue in 3 years coordinating with sales/delivery teams 4. Presented comprehensive post-integration governance reports for Activus and Eventus on monthly basis to executive leadership, highlighting key progress and insightsStretch Responsibilities/Achievements:1.
