In my role as a Data Analyst/ Data BA, I was responsible for designing analytical reporting with SQL using SAS and AQT. I was responsible to create automated reports for daily and monthly use-cases for a data migration project, monitoring data load and data quality. This project allowed for a new method to monitor data which was not previously available, along with a new foundation for other systems or products. I had also developed reporting to allow for new data insights with P/L, along with tracking a bankers relationship with a customer. This project allowed to measure performance on bankers and track the relationship of a customer and banker in a unique way.

As a Business Analyst Intern, I collaborated between various business functions within the organization. I looked at their business needs and analyzed how a technology solution could help solve bottlenecks, efficiency, productivity, and goals. I looked at current processes and what can be done to improve them, through research and design of an IT solution. I managed the project scope, requirements, testing, implementation, and maintenance. This opportunity gave me an insight view and experience of using technology to create and solve business needs within organizations across many functions.

In my role as an IT Project Management Intern in the Insurance Industry, I was able to take a managerial viewpoint on working with cross-functional teams in various roles. I managed multiple IT projects within different phases in the project lifecycle while updating project schedules, scope, budget, and other documentation. I also led a summer intern project of a team of eight for a concept to see how other technologies can be used within the company. I also analyzed and designed a new intern program while pitching it to coordinators and executive management to improve intern program hiring processes and program logistics.
