This includes monitoring and controlling of the project management plans, status reporting to senior management, vendor selection, vendor management and other aspects related to the project delivery. Internal Stakeholder Management – Coordination with the internal teams like procurement team, technical teams, HR, Finance for effective communication and project delivery. External Stakeholder Management – Coordination with third party vendors, OEMs, Freight Forwarders, Field Service Organizations and the end – customer for project delivery. Project performance reporting to Senior Management on project milestone basis. This includes fortnightly project status reporting with comparison of planned and actual progress of the project. Supply Chain Management for procurement, storage and delivery of hardware from the OEMs to the end location.
