I’m a dedicated store management professional with over two years of experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. I began my career as a Store Assistant at SLMG Beverage Pvt Ltd, working with Coca-Cola’s supply chain. This role laid the foundation for my expertise in managing stock, materials, and day-to-day store operations. Currently, I serve as a Store Executive at Gyan Dairy (CP Milk), where I’ve expanded my responsibilities and further developed my skills in ensuring smooth and efficient store management.Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in the daily operations of inventory management. I handle everything from preparing Material Receipt Notes (MRN) and Stock Transfer Orders (STO) in ERP systems to managing Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Passes (RGP and NRGP). These tasks ensure that all material movements are accurately recorded and tracked, keeping operations seamless. I also maintain the stock ledger and make sure the right stock levels are available for daily use, whether it’s raw materials or safety consumables. My focus has always been on maintaining stock efficiency by preventing shortages through timely orders and ensuring minimum stock levels are adhered to.In addition to inventory management, I’m responsible for overseeing the overall safety and organization of the store. I ensure that the store area remains clean, organized, and free from hazards, following the 5S methodology to create a safe and efficient workplace. This includes supervising the proper handling of materials during loading and unloading, as well as making sure material handling equipment is in good working condition. I also manage the dispatch area, ensuring compliance with both regulatory and company standards.My experience has taught me the importance of staying organized, maintaining accurate records, and consistently working ahead to avoid disruptions in stock flow. I’ve always prioritized the efficient use of resources by implementing the FIFO (First In, First Out) system to keep materials fresh and reduce waste. I take pride in maintaining strong inventory control processes, allowing the team to work smoothly while preventing any delays in operations.
