Business Development Manager
CurrentResponsible for new customer acquisition and customer relationship management for existing clients.Work with Small and Medium enterprises to grow by adopting Digital framework, Robotics Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence portfolio.Work with Large and existing enterprises in order to gather requirements for new business, Work on RFP with the help of Subject Manager Experts and present to the Clients.Following up with clients throughout the project lifecycle and work with delivery teams to address any issues.Help SME’s in assessing their existing problems and create a plan for the Digital Adoption.Work on potential leads for CDAP program by Canadian Government.Work on transforming Large enterprises in adopting Digital products such as CRM, Salesforce, Cloud Adoption – SaaS features.Maintaining strong communication channel with the clients and support staffs throughout the project delivery by conducting Bi-Weekly Sprint discussion and retrospective meetings. Also conduct Monthly checkpoints for feedback.Collaborating closely with the consulting team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to project initiation and project delivery.Achieved sales targets and contributing to the overall expansion of the company.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and keeping the CRM system updated accordingly.Working independently, managing time effectively, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
