He is passionate about XR technology and ready to take challenges where XR meets with other technologies like AI/ML or IoT. Ankit has completed Compture Engineering in Under Graduation with Masters in Business Administration, for his passion to understand the mass market and organization structure he has joined Finance Industry after MBA. He has received multiple promotions and recognition for his dedication and hardwork. He has played crucial role in transformation of Disha Microfinance to Fincare Small Finance Bank by leading team of 450+ people in front end operations and sales. To support intergenerational learning Ankit founded “Techxsheela” to connect Industry Practitioner with learner. It helps learner to get one to one learning session for many type of tech platform and tech development tools. Ankit believes that disruption often starts at the intersection of things — with many of the best ideas coming from outside one’s immediate domain or industry.
