► Independent handling of various “Non-Fund Based” facility sanctioned by banks to the company by coordinating for opening of Letter of Credits (both Domestic and Foreign) as required for procurement of Raw Materials / Stores & Spares. Timely establishment of Bank Guarantees, Coordinating for Letter of Credits received by the company against Sales (Both Domestic and Export) by ensuring that the documents gets presented in Banks within reasonable time.► Day-to-day dealings with Bank officials (under the guidance of GM & CFO) including Branch Heads of various Banks in matters related to establishment of LCs & Bank Guarantees and also visit Factory Site along with Bank officials on regular intervals.► Handling of various reports, as required by Banks and worked with various Bank appointed agencies from time to time (under the guidance of GM & CFO). Some of the reports being prepared by me - Concurrent Audit Report, Stock & Receivable Audit Reports, Lenders-Engineers Report, Operational and Management Audit Report, etc.► Preparation of Cash Flow, Site Inspection Report, Interest Calculation and Different types of MIS as per the required by CFO.► Dealing with various Rating Agencies (under the guidance of GM & CFO) like, CARE, ICRA, Brickworks etc. for obtaining the External Credit Rating of the company on regular periodical intervals.

► Coordination for Letter of Credits received by the company against Export Sales by ensuring that the documents gets presented in Banks within reasonable time, and solve the discrepancies (if any) raised by the Bank officials.► Used to prepare Export Documentation (Pre-cum-Post Shipment for Gulf countries) as per the Letter of Credit provided by the Client.► Coordination with the Production & Dispatch Team for Placing the Container at the Factory.
