• Manage Month-end close processes, JE’s (Prepaid, Provision, Accruals, FX, IC Accruals, FA Addition, Depreciation, Payroll etc), and reconciliations (Bank, IC, FA, Prepaid, Loan, Accrued & Deferred Revenue).• Conduct thorough monthly review of Profit & Loss variance analysis & update commentary on variances• Conduct thorough monthly reviews of Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.• Monitoring of the open item tracker, analysing the aging of open items and providing regular reports to management and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution• Preparation of SLA data to ensure alignment with service level agreements.• Provide training to new hires and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline monthly activities.
