I have started Samptel Energy Pvt. Ltd. along with my 2 partner. We are doing manufacuring Solar Power Plant parts like Solar AC Distribution Box (ACDB), Solar DC Distribution Box (DCDB), Solar No Volt Relay. Also We are providing services for Solar Power Plant EPC for Residential, Commercial & Industrial Sector, Solar Operation & Maintenance, Solar Panel Cleaning Services, Solar Plant Installation Services, Solar Plant Design, Shadow-Analysis.

• Currently Working as a Production Leader in “Centrifugal Air Compressor department” since last Aug-2011 to till date, Also handle Air cooler division & Inlet Valve assembly department since last July-14’.Key Achievements: Successful execution of API (American Petroleum Institute) Standard package (5CII- Centrifugal Air Compressor machine) for Reliance Industries Limited (Jamnagar) in very short span timing, 0-LTIR (Lost time Incidence Record) I have got reward for 3CIIi NPD project – I have executed complete project from operation side. I have got two times spot award for cost saving kaizen executed of Rs. 45000 in July 2014 & Rs. 56000 Rs. in Feb-2015. I have got 3 times Rock-star award & 1# Kaizen award for special contribution in Ingersoll Rand. I have got memento for achievement for 1000 machine shipment in July-2013. I have Completed VSA on Centac Process in Nov-2012 & reduce 20 days in total cycle time. We have executed ever highest shipment of 119 nos. of machines in 2011 from Ingersoll Rand plant. I have successfully executed RIE Project on CENTAC Package Assembly at IR in Sep-2011.

I worked as a Productiuon Assembly Engineer in High Injection molding machine department.

I was working as a Senior Planning Engineer in Material Handling Department & Also handling Production department.Handle the TPI, Direct customer.

I worked as a Production Engineer in Large Reciprocating Air Compressor Department & also handle the Hydro test Department.During these period I had do so much Kaizen,VSM,Time Study & Motion Study, 5S,Cost Reduction & Productivity improvement activity.
