• Collaborated with various Product verticals to understand the requirement of a fast-paced start-up in the Blockchain industry to set-up the Program Management Office and best practices for teams across 4 geographic locations. • Scaled Rally core product to onboard more than 300 distinct communities by creating new economies using fungible social tokens (creator coins) and non-fungible tokens (utility focused NFTs). • Collaborated with the Product to formulate product roadmap and executed weekly releases of new features including core NFT marketplaces, token minting, fiat economic functions, consumer facing bot integrations and mobile apps by overseeing a team of 60 cross functional FTEs across design, research, product, data and engineering.• Collaborated with the Product team to craft Rally Rewards, a unique tokenomics incentive system for $RLY that balanced community growth, inflation, creator incomes and user experience. The system distributed more than 2M $RLY to Rally.io participants each week. Conceived of and launched Rally.io across alternative L1 chains, initially with Solana, through the development of a front-end and an SDK enabling token minting, liquidity through token bonding curves, token vesting schedules, transfers and a suite of controls for token states and metadata.
