My educational background comprises a Ph.D. in Social Work, a Master's in Social Work, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History. Driven by my passion for work, I completed over 8 internships during my academic years, providing me with a comprehensive understanding. Currently working with Bean HR as a Lead Consultant and Key Account Manager, my responsibilities vary from sourcing candidates to managing major clients which includes Fortune 500 companies and many organizations. During my tenure at OPPORTUNE JOBS I worked as Senior Associate then Asst. Manager and established valuable relationships with top corporate executives, CEOs, and Board Members. I was responsible for candidate sourcing, conducting screenings, developing hiring strategies, and maintaining corporate relations contributing to the growth and success of the organization. At Pregrad, I was responsible for hiring interns and fresh talents for various Technical & HR roles while doing B2B in a client-facing role and played a key role in the hiring process. Additionally, my work with the Government of India (PMO) involved managing administrative tasks, Internal Recruitment. I started my career in 2016 and served in a key administrative capacity and significantly contributed to the academic support of underprivileged students as a Program Coordinator in previous positions at Reliable Helping Hands (NGO) based out of Delhi & Jaipur.
