On Roll Position. Responsibilities of the job includes:- Demand Planning: Liaising with the supply chain management team to plan and procure test materials, papers, and test-report printing inventories. Booking and managing supplies and forecasting demand with the help of the team and data analysis.- Compliance & Risk: Working with the compliance team to ensure high levels of quality checks, investigations, verifications, and controls on test-taker and test process management to prevent fraudulent activities and malpractices on test day.- Customer Service: Communicating with test-takers over the phone and email to resolve their queries about the IELTS Paper-based & and computer-based, IELTS for UKVI & UKVI Life Skills Tests.- Logistics: Dispatching the Test Report Forms (IELTS Score) hard copies to requested universities through DHL and FedEx.- Business Intelligence: Utilizing all in-house and partnered BI software to fetch the necessary data for analysis, reporting, and presentations.- Documentation: Safeguarding all the paper test material and digital copies of all documents related to IELTS tests, Certified Examiners, Test Delivery staff, etc.

Off-Roll Position- Develop the product portfolio to achieve targets.- Conduct an in-depth analysis of products and customer behaviour to gain insights.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and margins through the support system.- Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, and annual) on business performance - Provide insights to management on any deviations from targets.- Collaborate with the distribution team for TAM analysis.- Design the show portfolio based on the product line.

- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.- Clearly explain products, services, and policies, providing accurate and empathetic answers to questions.- Efficiently resolve technical issues by guiding customers through steps and offering alternative solutions.- Actively listen to customers' concerns, apologize for problems, and work tirelessly to find resolutions that exceed expectations.- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that genuinely benefit the customer.- Continuously learn and update your understanding of products, services, and company policies.
