Job Responsibilities:- Production Scheduling & Controlling.Project Execution.Taking care of Inspections (External / Internal) and preparing relevant Documents.Preparing the Indents: Production / Purchase Indent.Taking Care of the entire requisite Follow up pertaining to Purchase order. Looking after the Dispatch.

Key responsibilities: Analysis of the current production level and suggesting work plans & schedules for enhancing the production level.Projects Streamlining.Streamlining Sub - Contracting Orders.

Lucknow, Project Topic : "Cost Reduction in HAL Lucknow Division" The project had made me understand the working procedure & various management strategies & plans, which require a constant management to resources and curtail the overhead expenses and the wastage.Dissertation on Topic : "Cash Flow Analysis between Public and Private Airlines", Exploratory Research was done to study the aviation industry and there by analyzing the flow of funds in the selected aviation companies in order to compare their Financial Position & Strategies for future to make Proper utilization of funds, thus Channelizing the cash flow with cost efficient factor.
