• Worked on the upcoming GSLV mk-III (Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle) project during the conceptual design stage. Initial work was related to structural analysis and some documentation tasks. The analysis was useful in estimating the robustness of the design and secured the final go-ahead for the manufacturing stage. • Utilized CFD for launch vehicle design configuration analysis, worked with in-house developed solver ‘Paras 3D’ to study flow deviation for core alone model of PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle). • Involved with wind tunnel data analysis and interpretation. Data from supersonic wind tunnel tests of the launch vehicle were analyzed and reports made.

• Involved with Light combat Helicopter project. Initial tasks included data surveys and detailed design reviews. Previous helicopter designs were compared assessed.• Was involved in wind tunnel testing of the 2nd prototype design model. Was responsible to write codes for data conditioning and interpretation. Pressure, Lift and other parameters were plotted and design review reports made.• Visual Basic was used to automate the generation of plots from a flat file, which was much appreciated by the company. Time required for generation was reduced by one-fourth and was proved to be more accurate.• The reports indicated certain design changes, which were identified and forwarded to the design team. These changes were used to modify the design of 3rd wind tunnel model.
