My job duties are:- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.- Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.- Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.- Analyze and process data obtained from social listening and other tools. Also, provide comprehensive advice to clients.- Manage the team by delegating tasks, reviewing, and evaluating the delivery of insights, marketing strategies, and reports for clients.
