Handle the operation & maintenance of:6.6 KV Switchgear. (Make: BHEL, Alstom, Jyoti, Schneider).⮚ HT Motors. (Up to 4900 KW).⮚ LT AC Motors.⮚ MCC, PCC and LT switchgears. (Make: Unilec, C&S, L&T)⮚ HT & LT Breakers.⮚ Battery bank.⮚ Motorized operated valves. (Make: Auma, Rotork)● Handle Motor and Transformer preventive maintenance, condition based monitoring, andhaving knowledge of its protection, relay settings etc.● Handle condition based monitoring of:⮚ Power transformers. (Oil type, Dry type)⮚ Motors. (AC, DC)⮚ Generator.⮚ Generator circuit breaker.⮚ HT Switchgear.⮚ LT MCC & PCC.⮚ Local starter control panels.⮚ UPS.⮚ Battery charger.⮚ Switchyard.⮚ Parallel operation of generator to grid.● Worked in different areas of plant like BTG, ESP, Ash Handling System, Lime Handling System,Lignite Handling System, Stacker reclaimed, DM Plant, CWP and Switchyard etc.● Maintaining various records such as monthly operating reviews, daily log sheets, differentRegisters, past data & ISO documentations etc.● Involved in fault finding & relay resetting.● During AOH following activity carried out():HT, LT breaker CRM, VIDAR(HT breaker) and timing test and its alignment and HT and LT Busbar(CRM) shutdown job carried out.
